Every day, police dogs and their handlers put their lives on the line for our safety.  This truth became more real last month when Bruno, a police dog with  the Anaheim Police Department, was shot.  But thanks to the help of some great vets, the community, and one wonderful organization, Bruno is on the mend.  Yesterday, the Anaheim Bulletin did a great write-up on Bruno’s recovery and the organization that is aiding in his recovery, the Friends of the Anaheim Police Canine Association.  Take a look at the article below, or visit www.OCregister.com/anaheim for more pictures.

Friends of the Anaheim Police Canine Association will once again be at America’s Family Pet Expo, demonstrating the job of police K9s.  Don’t miss the opportunity to see the incredible skills of these dogs and to hear more about what this organization does at America’s Family Pet Expo April 25-27, 2014 at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa!
