If you’re looking for some advice on your dog’s behavior, America’s Family Pet Expo has some presentations lined up just for you April 19-21!
A dog’s behavior can be both interesting and complex. While we may communicate one way, a dog may understand our actions in a different way. Learning more about why dogs behave certain ways and how they communicate is important for two reasons. It will help us manage different actions (barking, biting, jumping, having “accidents,” etc.) that we may be mishandling or misunderstanding. Learning about dog communication also helps us understand and deepen our bond with our four-legged family members.
Renee Jones, a renowned Certified Professional Dog Trainer with over 30 years of experience in dog training and a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers, will be giving presentations throughout America’s Family Pet Expo on how to understand and curb your dog’s unwanted behavior. Her expertise on the dog psyche will enlighten you on how to communicate clearly and use positive communication to develop a closer bond with you four-legged friend. Plus, you will see first-hand her ability in action as she uses dogs that are from the rescues exhibiting at America’s Family Pet Expo in her presentations (See our schedule of events for presentation times)!
